Discover Lake Biggesee on two wheels
The area around Lake Biggesee offers plenty of opportunities for cyclists and mountain bikers. A real highlight is the Bigge-Lister Radring, featuring two different routes around Lake Biggesee and Lake Listersee. Choose a sporty route through the higher landscape or follow the more relaxed route along the shores of the lakes.
The 64-kilometre higher route takes you through Attendorn, Drolshagen and Olpe. Along the way, enjoy varied landscapes, two lakes and charming towns with several restaurants where you can stop for a bite to eat. Near Drolshagen, the route passes through the remarkable Wegeringhauser Tunnel. This cycling tunnel is closed every year from November until mid-April, as rare species of bats hibernate here during this period.
For sporty and relaxed cyclists
The 50-kilometre route along the water is flatter and therefore also suitable for families with children. Mountain bikers can enjoy the mountain bike park in Attendorn. This means there is a suitable route for every level and every group in the area around EuroParcs Biggesee.
