It is permitted to make aerial recordings with a drone for private use. However, please respect the privacy of others. Only film or photograph people with their permission.

In addition, legal regulations apply to the use of drones. For example, flying over crowds, buildings, industrial areas, ports and other no-fly zones is not permitted.

Flying drones above the park is not allowed.

• you must always be able to see the drone;
• the drone may not fly higher than 120 metres;
• flying in the dark is not permitted.

At EuroParcs Biggesee, you are warmly welcomed for a relaxing stay at the beautiful Lake Biggesee in the Sauerland region. During the reception opening hours, you can easily check in at the park reception.

Are you arriving outside the reception opening hours? You can use the key safe. We kindly ask you to always inform the reception in advance of your expected arrival time, so your arrival can run smoothly.

We recommend checking your rental accommodation and the available inventory for completeness and any damage immediately upon arrival. If anything is not in order regarding the inventory, cleaning, or the accommodation itself, please report this to the reception within 2 hours after arrival.

If any damage or a defect occurs during your stay, please inform the reception as soon as possible, so we can assist you quickly and ensure your stay remains as pleasant as possible.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out on time.

Accommodation: check out before 10:00 AM

Because we value nature, the woods, the dunes and reeds, and your safery, we have a friendly reminder for you:

• Only gas and electric barbecues are allowed
• Please make sure to have a fire extinguisher at hand
• When you smoke, please make sure the cigarette is completely put out and please throw it in the ashtray

It is only a 10-minute walk from the park to Lake Bigge. You can also go sailing, surfing or take a boat tour on the Biggesee.

Barbecuing on the campsite is only permitted with a gas or electric barbecue.

Some of our holiday homes are dog-friendly! Please let us know in advance that you are traveling with your four-legged friend(s). Dogs are also welcome on the campsite.
